Brendan started his teaching career in 1997 at Colfe’s School in SE London as a teacher of geography and games. During his career he has worked as Head of Department, Head of Sixth Form, Housemaster, Headteacher and most recently as Executive Headteacher of North Bridge House Schools in North London. In this capacity Brendan also sat on the European Leadership Team for Cognita Schools.
Brendan’s experience of leading schools through inspection has been extensive, and during his first headship he helped his school achieve its first ever ‘excellent’ in all areas. Since then, all subsequent inspections he has been involved in have achieved the top grades, and during this course he will draw on this experience to offer advice and guidance to help your own school achieve the best possible outcomes.
