Paul’s career in Independent Education spans over 40 years including Boarding Housemaster and
Head of Department roles at Worksop College, Millfield, Northbourne Park and Bilton Grange, Rugby.
He established the Preparatory School Physical Education Conference and was awarded Fellowship of The Physical Education Association for services to School Sport.
A former Curriculum Committee Subject Chair for HMC, IAPS and GSA, he was an invited member of the IAPS Sport and Recreation Committee.
Paul has served on the Alumni Board of Loughborough University, co-directed a conference on Mindfulness with Sir Anthony Seldon and assists the Barbarians FC with their archive. He has enjoyed a long association with SATIPS, initially as a Broadsheet Editor and Council member before becoming Director of Education. He is the current Editor of Prep School Magazine.
