Chris’s 22 years in education have been spent in preparatory and international schools. He spent nine years at the British International School, Moscow, where he was KS2 leader and latterly Deputy Head; eight years as Deputy Head at Edenhurst Prep School, Staffordshire; and is presently Milepost 3 Leader at Crescendo-HELP International School, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Chris is an English and Humanities specialist with wide experience of preparing children for the 11+ and transition to senior schools.
In addition to his role at SATIPS, Chris has a lifelong involvement with Scouting. At present, he is a Training Advisor with British Scouting Overseas, supporting groups in Singapore and Malaysia. His interests include Russian culture, reading fantasy and spy fiction novels, writing and hillwalking.
