Caroline’s first role after graduating was at HM Customs and Excise, working at the Statistical Office. After the arrival of her children, she returned to university to study for a PGCE, and later, a Masters in Development Education. She has always worked in Independent Schools, most recently at St Cedd’s School in Chelmsford, where she has been Head of English and International Coordinator for 12 years.
