Bill Burn

Bill was Second Master at a leading boarding school for 15 years before becoming a lead inspector in the UK and internationally, as well as working as a consultant on whole school reviews, specialising in effective leadership and raising academic attainment. Bill has held leadership roles in three schools, including responsibility for PSHE, modern foreign languages, a boarding house of 63 boys aged 13-18, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. He has taught and examined French and Spanish at GCSE and A level. As well as holding posts in England and Wales, he has taught in France, Spain and the USA. He has served for many years as a school governor, of both an independent preparatory school and a comprehensive secondary school.
