    Malcolm Drakes is an Associate Consultant at JMC Education, having held several key leadership roles in schools and Multi Academy Trusts. As a teacher trainer and leadership consultant he is regularly graded as “outstanding” by delegates on their evaluation forms. He has recently led the design of the School Trust CEO leadership programme for the DfE and implemented the renewed Primary curriculum for the Harris Federation. His experience of leading schools from Special Measures to Outstanding, to his leadership support for small rural schools facing financial uncertainty mean that he is well versed in applying change theory to real life school and trust challenges.
