Completing your NQT year is a major achievement and one during which a great deal of learning and professional development has taken place. During your second year in prep school, much of the role will be wonderful and fulfilling. However, will be moments though when it feels more like a case of day to day survival. There is a very steep learning curve during your second year as a prep school teacher and this course will help you climb that curve on your journey to becoming an outstanding teacher.
